A completed binder alone is an absolute wealth of knowledge about various things in world history, but the DVDs and booklet enclosures are fairly informative as well.All of the episodes are documentaries from the early 90's (already somewhat dated) however I'm unaware of any historical set this comprehensive ever being put together before. So, the collective whole, especially with the small book and cards that go with each episode, is really something special.The books are all the same size (24 pages) and follow a common format of introduction, contextual timeline, summary facts, and have very useful multiple-choice knowledge checks at the end. Includes the packet of cards for each DVD, and the small three ring binder to file the cards in.Great addition to a classroom or homeschool environment.
