WW2 Fighting Knife Handmade by Leo F. Baker of Chicago Illinois -Baker made fighting knives for WW2 soldiers. The blade is marked L Baker and is in original condition.  -It does not show use or re-sharpening.The blade is 7-3/4" long which was forged from an old file.  The top bevel is sharpened.-The stacked leather handle is in good condition and is tight. The hilt is tight and made of steel. The pommel is made of lead. The sheath appears to be original, and re...sembles the sheathes seen in other references.  It looks like the sheaths provided by V.L.& A. on WW2 Randall fighters.--Knives of the United States Military World War II by Michael W Silver, Pages 78-80-U.S. and Allied Military Knives -World War II Book II by Bill Walters, pages 58-60-The Best of U.S. Military Knives Bayonets & Machetes by M.
