Beautiful 2000 Airstream Safari 25′ Wide-Body 6-Sleeper (model S25C WB 6S) with rear double bed, dinette and front sofa/sleeper. This trailer is in great condition, it has never been smoked in, has had only 1 owner, who stored it indoors, rarely used it, and was OCD clean. You wouldn’t guess this trailer’s age by looking at it, the clear-coat looks better than a 2014 I just sold, it is a hard floor-plan to find for sale, and in this condition, it is a unicorn indeed...... that little dent on the right/front near the top is unfortunate- it actually looks worse in the pictures than in person, and the LED lights in my shop don't help- but what can you do, it's there. Nothing 19 years old is "perfect", but this is an exceptionally clean Airstream. Empty weight is only 4791 pounds, GVWR is 6300, so it pulls like a dream. This coach has the rare “Kodiak” interior, electric hitch jack, front SS rock guards, solar window protector, Sony AM/FM stereo with 10 CD changer, etc. The 25 footer is a great size (big enough to be comfortable, but small enough to be practical), the kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of storage, 3-burner cook-top and "Panasonic Genius Sensor 1300 Inverter, " Microwave, large fridge/freezer, double-basin sink, pantry, and plenty of room if you want to make a gourmet meal- but the trailer itself is still small enough to get into most State Parks, and light enough to pull with a 1/2 ton or small SUV. Upgrades include: NO CARPET, easy-to-clean vinyl flooring throughout, interior bulbs replaced with LED, "BAL" leveling jacks installed (super smooth operation and work great), "Torklift International All Terrain Landing Gear" double steps, 2 large Deep-Cycle Batteries w/storage added to replace single battery, allows for longer boondocking, "Zip Dee" patio awning, etc. This is the “6 sleeper model”, has the rear double/corner bed, the sofa also folds into a bed and so does the dinette, this is a GREAT floor-plan for a family as the dinette area and sofa would be better suited for kids to sleep or 1 adult in my opinion (unless you REALLY like the person you’re next to). Main bed measures 78″ x 54″, sofa-sleeper measures 70″ x 40″ and the dinette folded measures 70″ x 43″. New tires in late 2016 (Towstar ST 225/75 R15 load range D’s) with one trip from OR to Tucson on them. If you can look past a couple of very minor dings on the exterior (see pics), and are looking for a VERY clean coach, this could be the one for you. This Airstream was only used to go between a Winter and Summer home, never a "camping" rig, it has never seen snow or salt, rarely even rain, appliances look like new, impeccably maintained. NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc... let's just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state's liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I'm "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction's end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that's just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you'll see that I don't sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
*** This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This Airstream is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach- there will be little rock dings, and minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. There are a couple of minor dings, all visible in pictures. There is a spot where they replaced a piece of vinyl floor near the closet inside, it doesn't draw the eye, but you can see it, a well-placed rug would be good there ; ) but if you're looking for "Brand New" or perfect, I can recommend several wonderful Airstream dealers who will be happy to sell you a new unit for 100k + and it won't have a single ding on it. This is a VERY CLEAN Airstream, but it is still 19 years old. If you can't make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it and point out any little flaws that I notice, or things that may bother someone. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520-404-1975. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we'll set up a time. The eBay final bid price is your price, you may have to pay taxes in your home state upon registration depending on where you live, but as long as I have a copy of a receipt/Bill of Lading from a licensed shipping company to show the state of AZ that the vehicle was picked up from me directly to be shipped out of state, you pay no tax here.**Non-Arizona (US) Residents Taking Delivery in Arizona: Out of state buyers that take delivery in Arizona will pay sales tax according to their home state's tax rate. On Aug-08-19 at 14:53:16 PDT, seller added the following information:I just discovered that one of the small "vent windows" (front left, small oval glass at the bottom of the large window) is plastic. It works, opens/closes, and seems to seal well, but it should be replaced with glass to be right. I don't think I have time before the end of the auction to get one in, but they run about $100 (give or take, I just have a glass guy cut it) and if you have it installed, about another $100. I'll take $300 off of the winning bid for time/hassle of dealing with it. Nobody noticed it because it looks very factory until you tap on it, I wondered why there was no screen there and noticed it then. If I can get someone to cut the glass soon, then I'll just have it done before it leaves and this note won't even matter. Thanks
