Original Description:
This is a very nice example of a French made Navaja style Folding Knife which dates from the mid 19th Century. It is mounted with a blade that measures 6 1/4 inches in length by 1 1/4 inches at the widest. The blade shows to have received cleanings throughout the years however does remain in good condition with the marker's mark "BEAUVOIR" still visible on one side. The blade does continue to lock tightly into place. The horn grips are nicely pinned and remain tight and sturdy and in ...beautiful condition.  Overall measuring in fully extended position 13 1/4 inches in length, in folded position 7 1/4.
