11" TALL VINTAGE HAND PAINTED CERAMIC MILITARY FIGURINE BY MICHAEL SUTTY 11" TALL VINTAGE HAND PAINTED CERAMIC MILITARY FIGURINE BY MICHAEL SUTTY From an estate clearance this is a very collectable, tall, hand-painted military figurine by Michael Sutty (England, 1937-2003).Approximate dimensions:
Height - 11.5 inches
Base Diameter - 4 inches
Weight - 517gI have looked it over as best that I c...an and there is no particular damage to report as far as I can tell, no obvious chips or cracks. On the rear of his right arm (holding the rifle) I have spotted a small black blob, possibly from a marker pen and presumably dabbed on to cover a spot paint loss. It is not particularly obvious and could probably be removed and improved upon if it bothers you. I have pictured and indicated this area clearly in one of the photographs so that you can make a judgement. The barrel of the rifle is made from metal and it has a little bit of natural surface discolouration as pictured. There is no box, what you see is what you get.This super looking vintage figurine is offered here in a used but good vintage condition, exactly as pictured and with no reserve.
