ANTIQUE ROYAL WORCESTER PARIAN FIGURE FIGURINE PAUL & VIRGINIA D...escriptionAn antique 19th century glazed parian figure produced by Royal Worcester. The figure depicting "Paul and Virginia" from a novel by Jacques-Henri Bernardin de Saint-Pierre, first published in 1788. He is carry a hat with flowers, she is carrying fruit. He is standing beside palm leaves on a rocky base. Dates C1860's The figure has hand painted highlights.
