AMPEX 600 TAPE RECORDER REEL TO REEL VINTAGE VACUUM TUBE AUDIO AMPLIFIER Both reverse and forward fast wind work well. Mechanical functions all seem to work.
When I put a tape in I do not hear any sound. I see reaction in the meter and noise in the headset if I put an input into the audio input so I think the amplifier works.
Tubes: 5Y3, 2/5879, 3/12AU7, 6F5, 12AY7
The luggage style case is in good condition and actually looks better than the pictures. It... is so shiney that it is difficult to show well. I do not have the cover.
No power cord.
