Vintage hand-carved German wooden puppet by Fritz Herbert BROSS. He is marked Bross on the backside of his neck. This is a delightful old puppet! He does have some wear and tear to his clothing and hat, from many years of previous use and play. His clothes are dirty and will need a gentle hand wash. His wooden head is still in good condition. The paint is still quite beautiful. He has some mild dings and scuffs to the wood in some places, but I would not consider this to be severe... or distracting. Please inspect pictures carefully as you consider your purchase. This is a great old collectible!
