B., 117th Engineers, 42nd Div.)9 complete letters from France (all dated in 1918) -- first letter to his mother since he... was wounded by a machine gun bullet in the lip. Other letters talk about his convalescence which includes having tonsils out. Talks about Bulgaria laying down its arms and "it won't be long now."
