Antique FRENCH character bisque head doll called "Toto" Fully marked on the back of the head Depose Toto , No 8 , Mialone , Al & cie Limoges This doll was made in the early 1915 by Lanternia Rare Character Model sculpted by French Artist Mialone for Lanternia.Her ht 53.5 cm, She is on her original french composition body which really is in good condition the only things I saw were the hands which have paint missing but all fingers are i...ntact and on the ball of one of the lower leg is a little bit of paint missing {Please see photos}
Her head is beautiful no hairlines or cracks at all .She has set eyes , open mouth with teeth with and a beautiful complexion.she has pierced ears but no ear rings in.
Her wig is not full really, one plait looks thicker than the other.
The outfit is a replica of the era she was made in, she also has panties under the dress and newer shoes and socks.
