Very unusual and rare. ...Book contents clean and bright in very good condition. There is no outer wrapper. The book cover is in acceptable condition for its age.The edges of the cover are rubbed and worn with age. The cover has some minor discolouration and fading to the front.The back spine has cover missing and has some wear; There is some c writing evident on the front inside cover see photo although this is not very noticeable. Some light staining to some pages , page 28 is loose , small minor tear to last page see last photo,
