An attractive volume bound by E. Bumpus, 5 & 6 Holborn Bars (London) in half calf and marbled paper-covered boards, spine with five raised bands, gilt lettering on red morocco label, and gilt tooling to compartments; all edges marbled; boards awith one or two scuffs and a little wear to extremities; joints split with upper board very loosened, lower board a little loosened but holding well; marbled endpapers, binder's stamp to verso of fep; half-title; contents remain sound and clean, just occasional light spotting and other minor blemishes.
