Great Collectible!The children in the book are Molly and Peter with their dog GingerCondition: GoodThe cover has wear along the edges and corners, also some surface wear on front and back especially at corners. Binding is still tight, but is worn at top and bottom with a few threads hanging off. The front and back has some discoloring from age. There is light pencil writing on the front top right corner and back left top corner. There are some creases at the bottom right corner on the front and bottom and top left corners on the back.On the inside of the front cover A-1 a is written in black ink at the top left corner. Pages are still crisp. The title page has a bit of discoloring. Page 34, 35 & 50 have a tiny stain.
