Graflex Crown Graphic Graphex Camera, No. G21426 135MM Graflex Optar F/4.7 Lens. I am not much of a camera guy the camera seems to function or as fine as I can tell. The shutter seems to work fine, everything slides pretty well. The front door is a tad loose, it does close and snap, but if you shake hard it will pop open.
