The Raiders gained great acclaim in the Confederacy for their success. This is a great account by one of Mosby’s men. This book is wonderfully bound in leather-bound covers with embossed, gold gilded lettering, an embossed imprint in the leather depicting soldiers marching, has marbled end pages, gold gild page ends and a sewed in page marker. The book contains 510 pages and is loaded with photos, unit rosters, and a detailed index. It has bright, gold-gild on the page edges with have light rubbing, but remain nice overall.
