For bid is a Kodak 3-A Model A Folding Brownie with maroon/burgundy bellows made in Toronto, Canada between 1909 and 1913. It has a wood body covered with imitation black leather, a metal lens plate with nickeled fittings and trim. It is in very good cosmetic condition and has S/N 33447 stamped on the base. The camera took 122 roll film taking 3.25" x 5.5" "post card" sized photos. This camera has a&nb...sp;Baush & Lomb rapid rectilinear lens and a F.P.K. shutter with settings of I, T & B and 6 apertures from 128 to 4. There is a sliding adjustable focus from 6 to 100 feet. The manual shutter is functioning and the shutter appears to work on all speeds and apertures although I can not attest to its accuracy and it has not been tested with film. There is a swiveling reflective viewfinder and 2 tripod sockets. The camera opens and closely easily and the red folding bellows appears to be in good condition with no obvious tears or holes. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a camera collector and certainly not a camera expert. I have tried to describe this item to the best of my ability.
