Marantz 3250 Preamp And 2100 Tuner.

Found at an estate sale.
Partially tested sold AS IS for parts or repair.
Not the prettiest things I've ever seen, I gave both units a once over with a damp rag.
Surprisingly they both powered up and the pre did pass signal to my amplifier on both channels.
Sounded okay, a few of the knobs/switches did produce static when adjusting including the volume control.
I've only tested the tuner input with the tuner pictured the rest of the inputs are unteste...d.
VIEW ALL PICTURES there are knobs missing, lots of wear and tear. These units need some work, appear they had a rough life.
The tuner is missing a foot, appears some mechanical engineer fashioned a replacement with a coke bottle cap.

Regarding FREE SHIPPING.......Regardless of what the listing states I will make the determination on which carrier I use based on cost, your package will either go out FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
DO NOT send me a message with details on how you would like your item packed after you have already purchased the item, I usually do not see this or I already have spent the time packing the item before it sold. I pack well and do not need a lesson on how to pack.

· I did not purchase the item new and it has not been in my sole possession.
· I do not know what type of environment the item has been exposed to. (Example: let’s say you are allergic to monkey dandruff and you purchased and item from me that I purchased from a bunch of monkey lovers and you broke out in hives when you opened the package. You can’t assume I knew about your allergies so don’t be mad.) That’s kind of far fetched but you get the idea.
· I do not know if any repairs have been made in the past…….This mainly applies to electronic equipment. I plug stuff in and test it for what I believe it should do, if it does not do something I think it should do then I will mention it in the description. If something has a major surface crack/split/scratch in or on it I will mention it.

After reading all that and your still interested in buying that's fantastic! I strive to pack your item securely and get it to the shipping agent same or next business day. I really am a nice guy :) but I don't have the time or tolerance for shady buyers or sellers.
