Original Description:
A wooden Bullseye box camera 4 1/2" wide 5 3/4" deep and 4 1/2" tall made by the Boston Camera Company. Patent date inside is Dec. 1, 1891 with others pending. The cloth cover is worn but the camera is complete and in good condition except for a missing strap. An old roll of Kodak film was still in place. Company founder Samuel Turner sold all his camera patents (including the one for roll film) to George Eastman in 1895. Eastman then started selling Bullseye cameras with the Kodak bra...nd well into the 20th century.
