Back of the phone reads Kellogg Chicago USA PAT'D Nov. 26 1901
I have no clue if the phone is operable or not.
The chord to the phone has been separated and reattached with tape. I have provided a photo.

Nice display item.
Measures about 10 1/2" Tall, the base is 5".
