The face plate is clean with no marks, scratches, dings or worn lettering. The wood side panels are perfect. The black metal top is very nice but does look like it was repainted, the one reason I'm not calling this receiver mint. Cleaned all the controls with deoxit and they all work smoothly and quietly. It has been thoroughly tested and everything is working as designed. FM tunes perfectly and sounds great. AM works fine and actually sounds decent. Records sound exceptional and play with no hum or distortion. Aux input works. All lights. meters and LED's are working. This is an exceptionally nice receiver, very high powered considering it's somewhat compact design. Would make an excellent receiver for a primary home system but it's economical price makes it a good choice for a secondary system in a bedroom or garage.
