Please read descriptions!Super fun to have in the bathroom or washroom. This dispenses dry soap like Borax and ...that is some of the best soap out there. This also takes you back to your day sin elementary school when these were in all the bathroom! Fun to have. There is light rusting on the wall bracket you screw the piece on the wall with. There is some light rust at the area where the lid closes. The lid turns lightly and then can be pulled off to refill. The bottom plunger pushes up and releases soap easily. The piece is NOT MINT but it is still in good condition for use. It measures about 9 inches in length.
