GORGEOUS anthology of Arcadian male nude photos by von Gloeden, von Pluschow, and Vincenzo Galdi. The collection of imags has a fascinating provenance: the photos were discovered in the late 90's in an album found in an antique bookshop in Rouen, which belonged to a minor Parisian artist. The images he assembl...ed are among the most beautiful in the oeuvres of these three great photographers, and this book does them justice, with rich, stunning tritone printing - 97 full-page plates in all. The images by Galdi are especially scarce. An exceptional and essential book, out of print and scarce. In fine condition.
