This handsome collectible vintage book has blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine and gilt decoration on the cover in Very Good condition. There is very little wear to the boards, just some corner bumps and slight fading to edges. The binding is tight and the book is square; the pages are clean, slightly age-toned, and entirel...y unmarked. Many lovely illustrations, including a fold-out of Elizabethan cannons.
The Navy of Britain: A Historical Portrait has 660 pages including index and bibiliography, and measures approximately 9 by 6 inches.
