Offered is a rare first printing of THE LESSONS OF HISTORY, by the brilliant Historians Will and Ariel Durant. There is an ownership inscription on the FEP. There are small water stains on the first 20+ pages which then disappear (please see photos). The same water issue effected the dust cover, but mainly on the inner lower area. The effect on the outside of t...he dust cover can be seen by using zoom lens on the dust jacket photos which sustained more minimal effects. There are some small tears on the dustcover, and some corner wear on the hardcover (please see photos with zoom function).
