Edges of boards are heavilyrubbed and exposed. Spine is toned andlettering is dulled.&n...bsp; Ends of spine arerubbed, beginning to fray. Head isgilt. Fore-edge and foot are duststained. Front pastedown and endpapersare foxed. Front pastedown has abookplate and some notations in pencil at the top. Frontispiece plate is detached. A handful of other plates are alsodetached. The pages are lightlytoned. Some minor occasionalstaining. Bookseller sticker at bottomof rear pastedown. Biggest flaw withbook is binding. First three gatheringsare loose and pages are almost detached to detached. Binding cracked and exposed at page 32. Plate there is also in poor condition withtears and holes. Rest of binding isweak, but secure.Please see the photographs!
