Please note: if ebay does not calculate shipping for you, it means the box is too big to ship to your country! Here’s a vintage Harman Kardon Trend II vacuum tube amplifier! This is a 10 tube mono amp circa 1958, that looks to be in excellent cosmetic condition. There are inputs for phono (old style crystal/ceramic cartridges in this case), tape, tuner, and two auxillary inputs. Therefore if you wanted to use a modern magnetic cartridge you’d need a separate preamp (and second amp ...if you wanted stereo). It can accept both 16ohm and 8ohm speakers. I tried it out and it appears to be in working condition. However, please know the capacitors and other parts in this unit are old and may need service at some point. This is the case with all vintage amps like these, so it is being sold “as is”. As you can see from the picture, one of the capacitors was replaced a long time ago, and the replacement aluminum "can” capacitor was mounted horizontally with some tie wire. I taken the top off the unit and put packing inside to keep the tubes from moving or falling out. Drop me a message if ebay doesn’t calculate shipping for you. Happy bidding!!
