This rare treasure has a bit of wear, but is still in lovely, Highly Collectible condition!
The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing or ripped pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE.
The binding is tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean!
Some general/shelf wear along with bumping/wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards and marks/wear to the edge/fore pages, NOT affecting the text!
Please not the wear to the spine/cloth boards on the edge/fore pages.
The small but clearly visible rip/tear along the top edge of the spine is probably the most egregious wear and has been closely photographed for your careful examination/consideration.
The original, First State dust jacket is fully intact and NOT price-clipped!
Some general/shelf wear along with creases, chipping, marks and rubbing.
Please note the wear on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges.
There is a clearly visible mark on the rear of the jacket, near the top edge/over the first blurb.
The mark is rather faint but is very clearly visible when the dust jacket is removed.
When the dust jacket is fully removed, on the inside of the jacket, the mark appears more egregious and is very clearly visible
The wear, particularly the mark and the wear along the edges, should be carefully examined/considered.
