Antique shorebird hunting decoy, circa 1900, maker unknown to me. In good structural condition, the paint is worn from its gunning days. Nice example of a true bona-fide gunning lure predating the 1918 Migratory Act which essentially outlawed shorebird hunting. No reserve auction.
