Up for sale is the hardcover book titled "Exotic Aquarium Fishes" by Wiliam T. Innes. It was published by Innes Publishing Company and has a 1955 copyright. The title page has been signed by the author. It is in acceptable condition. I've photographed some random sample pages to show condition and content. Please see photos for overall condition.
NOTE: Since this book, in better condition, is readily available from other sellers I was tempted to discard it. However, o...nce I noticed that the author had signed the title page I believe it gives it a unique value, even in its less than perfect condition. The book was not well cared for and has suffered some water staining in the margin areas of several pages. The spine is split at both the front and back cover. That being said the book IS in usable condition with the interior portion having a tight spine, readable text and no ripped or torn pages. Book Condition Issues: Heavy overall wear to all edges, faces and corners of covers. Spine split at inside front and back cover. Small water staining to upper margin area of first ~35 pages. Small water staining area to outer vertical margin edges from page ~425 through end of book. Areas of water staining to all margin edges from page 530 through end of book (index area). Please see photos.
