Many signatures of binding are loosening but holding together. It ap...pears that several split-starts to text block have been repaired with glue (repair job acceptable only). Attractive B&W illustrations throughout. Hardcover has moderate/heavy shelf wear and bumping which includes some rubbing and fraying to edges. 380 pp + publisher's advertisements.
