Vintage? Oil Rain Swag Lamp Fiber Optic Flowers Rotates New WS-1082 17” Plastic. Condition is new Never been used. The oil is possibly leaking inside the sealed bag. The swag hooks are in a sealed bag, the plastic leaves are sealed. When you plug this lamp in the upper light bulb comes and as does a bulb under the flowers. The flowers light up on their ends(fiber optic) and the flowers rotate.I did not test the oil but it sounds like the pump is operating.The box has writing on it an...d a hole in the side.12’ Of chain and 15’ Of Cord.I do not know the age of this lamp. It does feel plastic and with it being fiber optic it can’t be too old. There is a sticker on the top that says “1992” so maybe that’s it.
