I have here for sale a book entitled THE POETICAL WORKS OF JOHN MILTON WITH A LIFE OF THE AUTHOR by A. CHALMERS. Published in 1883 by WILLIAM TEGG, London. Includes Paradise Lost Books I-XII, Paradise Regained books I -IV and a miscellany of poems and sonnets. With an engraved frontispiece of the author. Nicely bound in leather. Surrey County School emblem to the front board. Gilt title lettering on an olive green block to the spine. 5 gilt raised bands with embossed g...ilt decoration in between. Marbled endpapers and gilt fore-edges. Inscription to the front endpaper. This book is in very good/fine condition, the pages are tightly bound with no loose or missing pages 767pp 22cm x 15 cm.Postage will be by Air Mail outside of UK. If you buy more than one item then the postage cost falls for the second and further items as I will put them into one parcel - so you save money. We wrap and post the parcels on Monday and Tuesday - therefore if you pay before midday on Tuesday we will get it in the postal sacks on Tuesday night, and if it is after that time then it will go into the postal service on the following Monday.
