Good- condition. Dust-soiling and some edge-wear to the covers. A little scuffing and peeling at the head and tail of the spine, with a small stain on the spine as well. Sporadic soiling and wear to the pages, most heavily on the front and rear endpapers. The binding is s...howing some splitting along the front hinge and between a couple of the last pages. A previous owner has placed pieces of binding tape over the affected areas, but some of these have caused tears to the pages. All that being said, the stapled text block is still generally firm, with the exception of the "splitting" areas. A scarce history of this Roman Catholic Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
