These are 2 editions of the same book, and it's interesting to compare the 1922 with the 1941. The 1941 book has been used more, and has staining on the cover and edges of the pages from cooking. The 1922 book has a pencil inscription inside the front cover. The 1941 measures 8 1/4 by 5 1/2", and the 1922 measures 7 1/2 by 5 1/4". Both have many pages of interesting old ads in the back, and photo illustrations throughout the books.
