Selling below it’s known value because of the following flaws- the slipcase is acceptable at best. It is firm but shows obvious wear as in the final two photos. It’s spine looks quite good. The book itself has tight binding and clean pages and looks great for its age. Visually I would say very good +. However, to the touch you can feel a slight warping although to look at them, the pages themselves look quite impressive. A rare must for collectors.
