Details follow.Hellbox (NY, Random House, 1947) – a stated First Printing in good condition in a square binding that is a bit loose but has no damage to gutters or joints. Exterior is very good with a touch of wear. Interior text is fine with no errant marks but FFEP bares a short unique inscription (see photo). In brodart, the dust jacket is priced and in fair condition with a big chip at... lower spine and two smaller ones at crown. Lower front panel has a scrape with wrinkles at bottom corner and a small tear with wrinkles at lower center. Rear panel has a few small tannish stains and some rubbing. The Hat on a Bed (NY, Random House, 1963) – a first printing in good + condition. Binding is straight but a bit loose with no damage to joints or gutters. Exterior is fine with no wear but a faded area to top stain (old damp stain) to top page ends at outer edge. Interior is very good with no names or marks but the last 100 pages show minor bleed from the damp stain at top corners. The dust jacket, in brodart, is priced and in very good condition with a couple of small chips to either side of crown and one at lower rear edge near heel. Also, there’s a short piece of old transparent tape at heel. Remaining edges show light wear and a few wrinkles.Waiting For Winter (NY, Random House, 1966) – a first printing in good condition. Binding is slightly loose with no damage to joints or gutters. Exterior is sharp with no flaws but top stain has two small fade circles and a tiny spot near crown. Bottom page ends show a very faint partial old Random House remainder mark. Interior contents are very good with no names or marks other than penciled price and 1st Ed to second FEP. In brodart, the price intact dust jacket is in very good condition with a couple of small chips at crown and light wear to corners. And Other Stories (NY, Random House, 1968) – in very good condition with a short wrinkle to exterior spine. Binding is straight and reasonably firm. Top stain has two very tiny rubbed spots. Interior in fine with no names or marks. The dust jacket, in brodart, is priced and in very good condition with a tiny chip at crown, a small chip at heel, a short closed tear at lower front edge and light wear to bottom corners.
