The book (Quarto) is bound in the original red cloth with black lettering pieces to the front co...ver and spine; boards have patchy fading with light soiling and staining and minor wear to corners; spine is very faded and a little baggy, with shelf wear top and tail; joints are rubbed and just forming a couple of small holes.Inside:
Largely clean, with sporadic foxing, mostly minor, moderate at times, affecting both text page and illustrated pages, heavy to frontispiece, title page, and final leaf.Browning to end papers.Profusely illustrated with full page black and white. All page are tightly held at the gutter.Inner hinges are sound.
The book measures 25 cm x 19 cm and weighs 680g
