Offering this amazing antique bisque porcelain piano baby in the form of a boy sleeping in a wheelbarrow. I have seen vintage Japanese reproductions of this piece but NEVER an original model. As you can see, the hand-painting on this is very detailed and the molding is beautiful. It has either a 19th century registry mark or a Royal Rudolstadt diamond maker's mark applied to the bottom. One handle of the wheelbarrow has a tight repair only visible on close inspection (see last picture)... and there is normal minor display wear to the paint, but this is otherwise in good condition with no other chips, cracks or losses. Measures about 11" long, 8 1/2" tall and 5" at the widest point of the wheelbarrow.
