This is a transitional doll with root beer eyes. She is a strung Vogue Ginny wearing a new copy of a "Merry Lee" outfit made in 1951 as a Special Christmas doll. This outfit is shown on page 39 of Patricia Smith's book, Ginny Dolls. Doll is in good used condition with a Vogue replacement wig. Dress and bloomers are made of vintage red organdy with dress being decorated with white middy braid and 2 gold bells. She is wearing vintage red satin shoes with green r...ibbon ties that match bell ties. Listing includes slip, red bow and stand.
