It's felt, as is the purse, with nice detail.Alas, one of her blonde bangs is torn, & it has a few holes on the bottom. Other than that, it could use a light cleaning, but I find it remarkable that it exists!I see no labels inside, but the zipper end reads SEGALOCK.The base is about 4 -1/4" x 4 -3/4". It's about 5 -1/2" high as it's sitting. The strap is about 9 -1/2". Her head is about 1 -3/4" high, without the flowers.I will tissue this & place it in a box, no bubble wrap, to be able to ship it for free. I would not do that if I thought it would damage it.Just sooo cute! If you collect felt dolls, this one's for you.
