The letter stamping on this likey dates it to lat...e 1940s to early 1950s.
Excellent original condition, with almost no wear, just only a little tarnish, so some light cleaning and polishing are needed - see photos.
The rim is in very good condition, with just some light surface pits and scratches.
(If you'd like, I may be able to take some measurements on this - just ask.)
