See photos for condition and contents.  No noticeable wear to the binoculars, but the case is very worn - spots, missing pieces, and small rips.  There is a compass on the top of the case.  There is no strap for the binoculars.  They work fine.  It weighs 1 pound, 2 ounces.  I do not know the age.  I could not see any scratches on the glass.  Satisfaction guaranteed.
