Welcome.A lovely antique Victorian German nanny brooch with a hidden sewing holder/etui. It is unusual to find such a brooch with a spider decoration. Stamped DRGM and a patent number 682605. In good antique condition with minor signs of age related wear. ...; The clasp is in good working order and the brooch is in original condition. It measures 1 7/8" long (4.8cm) and the spider, with a ruby paste stone is approx 3/4" square (2cm).
