This precious girl has been in my collection for a long time, and it is time for her to have a new home. She is Margaret, made by Madame Alexander. She is a nice tall 18” doll. Her darling green and white dress has a nice Madame Alexander tag. I purchased this doll with a trunk full of clothes, but I believe the other clothes included here are lot original to the doll.
Margaret has lovely green sleep eyes that work well and match her green dress. The dress is nice and clean, with... no holes or tears. Margaret has ball jointed hips and shoulders, which makes her pose really nicely. Her stringing is good. Her hard plastic body is missing a bit of paint on her fingers. Her neck paint and leg paint is scratched. Please see photos.
She has a nice satiny pink panty and half slip combo. Her little black velvet belt and rubber shoes are sweet. The white lace socks compliment the outfit well, but one seems to be a tiny bit longer. The darling pink button-up sweater is sweet, but in used vintage condition. She has a sweet vintage black velvet bow clip in her soft brown hair.
