Detail: For sale is a super rare and highlycollectable piece of lighting and reflection history. Not only this item beenmade by the famous and world renowned engineer genius Clarke Chapman, but acidetched light reflecting mirror for a huge naval ship still hold great detailand decorative desirability in the interior space environment today. The itemis solely used for decorative and amusement purposes as you can see from thephotos prov...ided is gives an airy and funfair style distorted refection which isvery cool. This is not a fairground item however it originally came from theback of a huge ship light. The mirror would have been used to increase thevisual distance of the lights reach but magnifying its overall intensity. Thedistortion is casts may have given way to similar reflections and distortedimages captured in the fairground mirrors and we know today.

Condition: This item is acid etched and has somescratches in the reverse acid foil of the mirror (pictures provided) this doesnot affect the overall quality of the reflection however. No chips of breaks tothis item and still in highly rare great overall condition.
