In 1923, this rare autograph of the facsimile of Beethoven’s sonata in F sharp major, Op. 78, was published by Drei Masken Verlag (Munich). The original, unattractive red cover boards (which I have seen on other copies) have been replaced by acceptable green boards with a raised, black spine. A prominent gift dedication is present on the opening page. (See photos.) The facsimile itself is unmarked, and in crisp condition. Great collector's item! Rarely on the market!
