Israel Judaica KKL JNF (Jewish national fund) The 2nd Issue - 1902 Zion stamps, Rochlin catalog # 2J, block of of 100 stamps with tabs at left with serial numbers & code F I which was for use in France, Switzerland & Belgium. Tabs with Hebrew watermarks vertivally in paper " If I forget Jerusalem, my right hand will be forgotten " . This block is Mint never hinged without gum & with 2 wrinkles. The stamps showing star of David with the word Zion ...in Hebrew. F-VF RARE.
