These dolls are from my personal collection of nesting dolls.
This is a large bullet maiden (named for the shape) from Ukraine. She is very large at 11" and is a complete set of 10 dolls - the smallest doll does not open. The largest doll has a label Made in Ukraine. I have a number of bullet maidens and each is different in their style and size. I've always referred to this one as my hippy maiden - with the ribbons in the hair of each maiden. Very colorful dolls. Hand painted....
The largest doll has some paint loss on her left arm and the top of her head - see photos for detail. Amazing doll.
