Following the dawn of atomic age in 1960s, electronics and quartz were introduced to the field of horology. Patek Philippe started developing and producing master timing systems which operates by electricity during early 60s. The timing system of these modules was designed to be constantly regulated by radio signals from the atomic clocks in the Parangins Obeservatory in Geneva. The master... system usually consists of a highly accurate master clock with a number of slave clocks and were used in airports, train stations and office buildings and aided greatly with showing time in different locations.
A similar Master clock was sold in Sotheby's 'Important Watches' auction on October 2, 2018 for 150, 000 HKD (USD $20, 000)
Included are two electronic clocks: 1. Modular Integrated Master Clock System Model Video-Quartz (Mod. 6 Serie 77);2. Digital Clock with built-in quartz oscillator, indicating hours, minutes, seconds, and 1/10 seconds.

The Master Clock units are being sold as is since I have no idea how to test them. I plugged in the clocks and the digital display operates. Beyond that I do not know how it is supposed to function and therefore I make no further guarantees.
