Original Description:
This is a wonderful 19th Century gold gilt metal figural Native American Indian brave head with feather and arrows calling card holder trinket tray from old estate. The panel below the Indian head could hold calling cards or a Victorian writing pen. It is 4 3/4" by 4 1/4" by 2 5/8" and features stunning hand painted purple floral violets and a repousse mans face. All I see to note is a possible sauter break between arrow tip and head. See photo. This does not matter in my opinion. It h...as nice detail and wonderful old undisturbed original patina. You should love condition and beauty. Thanks for looking.
